Introduction: We detail the rare clinical presentation of an extramedullary plasmacytoma as a rapidly growing lateral neck mass. The pathology and its management are discussed. A infiltrating cervical spine. Case Report: 53-year-old male presented to our emergency room with one-month history worsening left-sided pain enlarging Evaluation imaging laboratory analysis were performed. patient underwent soft tissue biopsy subsequent spinal cord decompression occipital-cervical fusion. Pathology revealed diagnosis plasmacytoma. was referred oncology radiation therapy for adjuvant treatment. Conclusion: This case represents unusual tissues erosion base skull upper vertebral It treated effectively posterior decompression, arthrodesis, chemotherapy.
